Recipe of the Issue: Pan Pizza

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of farina flour
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 400 ml of warm water
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 300 grams of tomato sauce with salt, oil and spices of your choice
- 250 grams of diced mozzarella
Method:
Combine the flour with yeast and sugar and mix. In a separate large bowl, pour warm water and add olive oil. Begin mixing and incorporating half of the flour a handful at a time.
Add a teaspoon of salt and continue to mix until it becomes thick and sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise in a warm place for at least two hours.
Grease a 35cm x 35cm pan. Place dough inside.
Finally, pour the tomato sauce and all toppings of your choice. Set to bake for 25 minutes in a 210° C static oven, 200° if it’s ventilated. Once it’s done, the pizza is ready to be served.
