Former President Trump makes his first appearance since leaving office at conservative conference CPAC

Donald Trump was the President of the United States from 2016 to 2020. After running for re-election against now-president Joe Biden, he was not elected for a second term. Since the inauguration of present president Joe Biden, Trump has been rather quiet in relation to his open personality that he showed during his presidency. However, he has been chosen to come out and speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) that was held in February.

He will be the first of many conservatives to speak on the topic of the new president and his actions so far as the leader of our profound country. During his speech, Trump spoke out against Biden and his administration saying that he is anti-jobs, anti-family, anti-borders, anti-energy, anti-science and anti-women. Trump also spoke out against social media applications that have removed him from their platforms. He said that they have tried to silence conservative voices and should be punished for their actions.

Trump’s word holds strong within the conservative community as he received a standing ovation when he first walked on the stage and when he left it. He did hint at his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, possibly running for a Senate seat and implies that he was thinking of running in 2024.
