The 2023-2024 NFL season will soon come to an end with the final championship, the Super Bowl, taking place on February 11. Prior to the Super Bowl, the National Football Conference and the American Football Conference are set to have their own championship games held on Sunday, January 28.
Prior to these major matches, several teams have been eliminated from their playoff run losing in the Wild Card match. Teams like the Los Angeles Rams, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Stealers were all defeated and eliminated in the Wild Card Round. However, teams like the Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions, GreenBay Packers, Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have advanced to the next round.
Advancing to the Divisional round of playoffs, the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Houston Texans, 34-10 January 20th as well as the San Francisco 49ers close win against the GreenBay Packers. The following day, the Detroit Lions took on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winning 31-23 and The Kansas City Chiefs who defeated the Buffalo Bills 27-24.
Winners from the divisional rounds moved on to the NFC championship and the AFC championships. Taking home the NFC Championship, the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Detroit Lions 34-31 and the Kansas City Chiefs winning the AFC Championship by defeating the Baltimore Ravens 17-10. Both teams will face off in the final match, the Super Bowl, on February 11, 2024.
