Girl’s Golf starts off their season with a swing

Taking a swing into the new year, Hart High school’s Girls Golf team is starting to prepare for this new upcoming season. So far only participating in two scrimmages, one being against Golden Valley High school on August 28 and Saugus High school on August 31.

Due to the heat wave, many of the players decided to leave; however, some players continued to play which caused the game to not be postponed but rather be turned more into a scrimmage.

Despite the weather conditions and setbacks, Coach Lindberg expresses his hope for the 2023 to 2024 season.

“The girl’s team is young and inexperienced, but they are working hard to improve their skills, knowledge and friendships.” says Coach Lindberg
