The dancers are currently preparing for a second nationals in Long Beach which is their last competition for the season.
The team competed against Saugus, Valencia, West Ranch, their fellow SCV teams along with hundreds of teams from other states. The girls were there for 5 full days and spent about half a day on the plane traveling there. The team stayed in hotel rooms with their team “sister” and one other set of “sisters” . The dancers did multiple activities as a team. They went to team breakfasts and dinners, spent three days at Disney World and got to go on a ton of rides together as a team.
“Even though we were extremely bonded before we left for Florida, I think that our Florida trip only made us more bonded! We got to spend so much time together dancing, supporting other teams and running around Disney World as a team! No matter what we’re doing we always have so much fun together!” Smolsky said.
