This season of The Bachelor is one of the most dramatic seasons yet, with former NFL player Colton Underwood at the center of it all. Underwood first appeared on Season 14 of The Bachelorette, making it to the final four before being sent home heartbroken. Underwood also appeared on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise, where he had several on-and-off relationships, but ultimately ended up leaving paradise alone.
September 4, 2018, ABC announced that Underwood would be the next bachelor, and fans gave mixed feedback on the news. Some fans said Underwood wasn’t emotionally ready to start that journey, while others were glad that a fan favorite was chosen. The first episode of the season premiered January 7, 2019.
There has been several quarrels with the bachelorettes in the house this season. One issue began between two former Miss USA contestants, Caelynn Miller-Keyes (Miss North Carolina) and Hannah Brown (Miss Alabama). The two knew each other prior to the show and did not get along.
However, the two girls sorted their issues out and there has not been any more issues between the two. Another argument arose between bachelorettes Oneyka Ehie and Nicole Lopez-Alvar, but both were sent home shortly after their dispute.
Hometowns are right around the corner so tensions are high as the women in the house are trying to vy for time with Colton and make it to the very end.
Overall this season of The Bachelor has been one of the most talked about seasons yet. I do believe that Colton Underwood will find a wife at the end of the season. My prediction is that in the end Colton will choose bachelorette Cassie Randolph and they will live happily ever after.
